Yup, base Xbox played a lot of games worse. Not sure about S but the base model performed generally worse. Since most people that gen had a PS4. XBO seemed pointless as you got all 3rd parties that the system did and quite a bit more from Japan/indies. Used to be a meme with Spiderman taking off his glasses of Xbox One vs PS4. 900p vs 1080P. Silly but it was there.

As much as I like my WiiU, my vote goes to XOne - while it was better to have PS4, XOne had most of what PS4 had when it comes to library, so this is a trick question from my POV.

And these resolution comparisons suddenly stopped and where not important anymore when the PS4Pro and the Xbox One X released. Suddenly "Spidey" could not see a difference anymore...🤣😂

I would choose WiiU but majority of its 1st party games are on Switch

XBO for me since it has the third party support

Played WiiU and Xbox One. Both sucked.
So I voted Vita on pure ignorance towards the system.

Wii U here. Small set if games but some just stellar offerings. 3D World, bayo 2, pikmin 3, breath, etc.

Wii U all the way. It has some of my favourite games of all time like DKCTP, Bayonetta 2, Xenoblade X, Breath of the Wild, Splatoon, Tokyo Mirage Sessions, Mario 3D World, ZombiU (the only good version btw), The Wonderful 101, Wind Waker/Twilight Princess HD... Plus, the internet browser feature with the Gamepad was absolutely amazing. I used it all the time to look for tips while playing, watch Youtube/streaming while other people watch TV...

Overall, it is by far the console I spent the most time with (for the period it was active at least) and one that gave me some of my most valuable moments in gaming.

I'll go by what I would rebuy niw and that's a VITA.

WiiU cause I could play COD local multiplayer, on screen and on TV, was a lot of fun

I just had a brand new 32GB white Wii U delivered. I always thought it was good and Nintendo should reintroduce a smaller controller to buy separately.
