I have started 3D modelling in Blender about 2 months ago, but now I SO much want to model this lol.

Just started seriously learning, myself. You have an Insta or somewhere you're posting your progress?

Hi! Sorry, no, I don't have one yet, since my jobs are pretty much just results from following tutorials, and I don't have much time to do practicing. I sometimes post on the Reddit Blender sub, mainly when I have something to ask. Send me yours if you have one!

Apparently the new movie will be a direct sequel to Minus One.

The film has a title: Godzilla Minus Zero, and will launch this November, on the 3rd in Japan (the 72nd anniversary of the original Gojira) and on the 6th in North America:

The full length trailer is out, and the film is now less than two months away!

THAT TEASE AT THE END!!!

You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind

Just got back from seeing it on the big screen, and holy shit they knocked it out of the park.

This is possibly the darkest the series has been, almost scary at points. It really felt like these are insanely powerful creatures that will kill you without a second thought, or even just incidentally if you get in their way.

It keeps the very grounded approach of Minus One, but ratchets up the intensity to a whole new level. The effects, the cinematography, the soundtrack, it's all incredible stuff. They even manage to weave the humans into the action in an impressively natural and effective way.

Even as a big Godzilla fan, there aren't many entries I'd whole-heartedly recommend to pretty much anyone; this is one of them. (Except little kids, cos this is the first R-rated entry in the series, and it definitely earns that rating)

Amazing film, easily a contender for the best in the series.

The human stuff was strong again so it was thankfully a good sequel. The scientist was the best character, his backstory hit hard. I just wish Godzilla had more screen time and that the big battle went on for a tad longer.

I also really love what a brilliant job they did at making

Spoiler!
Ghidorah

come across as truly evil and intimidating. In everything from his animation to his sound design, he really felt like a threat and a villain.

It's also a hell of a big screen spectacle, and benefits hugely from the sound and scale of a cinema experience. I'm glad I had the chance to see it in this format.
