What's this???? A new game in the Heroes of Might and Magic series?!?! Here's to hoping Ubisoft doesn't screw this up.

Uh, oh. This doesn't even look half bad in the trailer. What was that, did Songs of Conquest move something in Ubisoft? Anyways, I am excited to see what this will result in. And no, it doesn't need to be a major expensive world, they can make this cheap (compared to the other stuff) so that it is still successful on smaller sales.

As STOKED as I should be, it’s obvious Reforged left a terrible taste in my mouth. Hopefully the leaked 2.0 build of Reforged gets announced alongside this remaster. We’ll find out next Wednesday.

I will keep my eyes on this one. It seem to take a lot of inspiration from what I consider the goat of turn based strategy in the third Heroes title. Can it capture the feel of that game while improving the strategy elements we have a winner. It actually looks good so far in my opinion but this series has burned me before.

Let's go!!!! Proper remasters of the first 2 games and a 2.0 patch for WC3 Reforged. Gonna check them out tonight!

Also worth noting that it's interesting Blizzard now has a dedicated Warcraft RTS team.

I'm interested in the Warcraft battle chest. Blizzard have been really hit/miss with their remakes. Will check the public reception to the games. I don't want the RTS genre to be left in the dust by Blizzard since they have produced my favorite games in the genre in the past. Ready to buy provided that the product is not a massive let down like warcraft 3 reforge was when it released.
