Do you guys still remember the Epstein Files? It's crazy how Americans have been so mad about it to do exactly nothing and forgot it already a week after the uproar...

Who forgot?

House Oversight Committee subpoenas Justice Department for Epstein files, high-profile former officials for depositions

Ghislaine Maxwell doesn’t want Epstein grand jury transcripts released

Bill and Hillary Clinton Subpoenaed Over Epstein Files

Plenty of news about it, just today.

Nobody forgot, but it’s clear nothing substantial will be done about it, and there’s a good chance Maxwell will walk free and run away to France or Israel. MAGA is openly dismissive of the idea that Trump was connected to Epstein and likely wouldn’t care even if they produced video footage of him engaged in illegal acts.

The Trump administration is so spineless that they can't bring themselves to tell their president that drug prices can't be cut by more than 100%. Which of course makes the president look like an idiot on TV every time he repeats his outright stupid numbers, and that in turn makes everyone in administration look like an idiot too. And of course it confirms all the Americans who voted this president as idiots too.

Journalists must be seriously scared of Trump, because any normal human being would burst out laughing during these interviews with the president. The first amendment is approaching the end of its road, and now at this stage where it still could be saved, America lacks the heroes who are up to the task.

To be fair, 90% of the things he says makes him look like an idiot on TV. He just happens to be an idiot that targets certain groups that WAY too many americans hate, so it's worth it if they suffer.

And yeah, I'm wondering how the fuck people don't laugh in his moronic fucking face. On the campaign trail I saw Kamala laugh at him and I thought that was refreshing...then she lost anyway.

Harris was widely derided as "cackling" and called a "hyena" by conservatives because of her laugh.

Just want to say, I don't often say I agree with the things Trump does, but I generally agree with the India tariffs. Tariffs should be used more like a scalpel than a machine gun, either to protect specific interests and industries or as a specific use of American power, and I think economically punishing India for enabling Russia is a reasonable use of that power.

India has a long history of playing both sides against the middle.

That said, Apple just shifted a bunch of iPhone production to India from China and Vietnam to skirt the tariffs on those countries. Wonder how this will figure into their production.

One of Trump's standard responses lately has been "I don't know about it. We are looking into it." My favorite this week is when he got asked about RFK Jr. shutting down research funds for mRNA vaccines.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV will outsell Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was wrong.
