The long ques and such are mostly due to stupid buggers ruining others fun, with server attacks.

Just rolled credits on E-Day's campaign. Incredible stuff Coalition cooked up here! One side mission is bugged, which prevents me from getting the final hard case to reach 100% completion on the campaign, so I'll have to wait for a patch.

But an incredible experience. I haven't had this much fun playing Gears since 3. I would periodically take a break to dip my toes into Versus and especially Horde Siege. Now I'm excited to grind over the next several months. Even got my old high school buddies playing again lol. We may have to do an Insane run on the campaign.

E-Day is everything we loved about the original trilogy. The few open area chapters in Acts 2-4, I can understand being a bit more divisive, but all the buildings, cars, and debris actually make the areas feel smaller than they actually are. So I don't feel like they degraded my enjoyment of the game.

Feels good to be this excited for Gears again!
