Falcom would be nice, but damn I couldn't care less about FF but I don't wanna lose KH or a possible Chrono Trigger. Y'all think SE will avoid xbox for all games going forward? idk I still think Xbox series s|x is sitting better than the xbox one when it comes to JRPG support but still bummed about a few skippin xbox like Digimon world

Idk if Square will avoid all games, Square did release The Diofield Chronicle, Star Ocean, FF7 Reunion, and Stranger of Paradise on Xbox (all of those released just this year). Idk how well those games sold on Xbox (I imagine they didn't sell that well in general, let alone on Xbox). Although I guess 2023 SE releases for Xbox appear non-existent since FFXVI, Forespoken, Octopath Traveler II, Final Fantasy Pixel collection, and Theatrhtym aren't releasing on Xbox. So... I guess my final answer is... maybe? xD

I have very little hope for future Square support on Xbox at this point. They have not a single 2023 or beyond game confirmed for Xbox at this point afaik, whereas all of the other main JP pubs; Bandai Namco, Sega, Koei Tecmo, Capcom, and Konami; do have future releases confirmed for Xbox (even Marvelous has 2 upcoming games announced for Xbox). Seems like Square won't release anything on Xbox at this point unless Xbox pays for a Gamepass deal on it, while Xbox seems to be focusing all of their JP gamepass money on other publishers and indie JP games these days.

Honestly if Square is just trying to get a Game Pass check out of MS for them to bother releasing anything on Xbox, I hope Xbox just tells Square to piss off and keep going after other Japanese games.

It will definitely suck for Xbots because no Dragon Quest 12, Final Fantasy, and a potential Chrono Trigger remake etc... 

Out of all those JRPGs missing Xbox, the only one I really care about is Octopath Traveler 2.

Not interested in Octopath personally. There are alot I'd like to play, most notably FF7R, Trials of Mana remake, Sakura Wars (2019), Ys, Legend of Heroes, and maybe Atelier. Not too bothered about losing FF16 as it seems more DMC than FF. Also not too bothered about SMT personally, so it's kind of a shame that is the one Nick says is coming to Xbox.

Harder than P5, but easier than P4. ie no navigations lines. Don't see any missables, but 100% compendium and two playthroughs needed.

SMTV on Switch had source code that listed PS4 and PC - so hopefully that will come out sooner rather than later.

I didnt realize SMT3 wasnt on Xbox so that would be great too if its coming.

But the mention of IV would be great - I finished IV about two years ago, it being stuck on 3DS sucks so if this is getting a remaster, that would be amazing.

Hopefully IV Apocalypse is also getting the same treatment.
