Apparently Blue Lives Matter is very similar in nature to White Lives Matter. Basically, they are movements founded to support the oppression of people of color, all under the guise of being for the well-being of cops and white people, respectively.

So in other words, supporting cops and supporting Blue Lives Matter are two very different things and should not be confused with each other.

So the lesson from that would be to not make presumptions on that subject based on gender.
