Ironically, America cries that we should invest in European military, then they block us from selling our European jets to other countries.

Gripen is made by Sweden but because it uses a engine made by American corporations, they are trying to block the sale, all so they can sell F-16s to Columbia instead. Germany and France should now really get going at developing the successor to their respective tanks (Leopard and Leclerc), the EMBT (European Main Battle Tank). With Italy (Ariete), Poland (PT-91 Twardy) and Sweden (Stridsvagn 122) on board, the Project has basically all EU Tank producers on board, missing out just on other European tank producers UK (Challenger), Serbia (M-84, M-95 Degman), and Ukraine (T-64, T-84). If those could also brought into the Project, Europe would have a Tank that could more than just challenge both US and Chinese tanks (Russian tanks are already dead and buried by Ukraine).

I'm no fan of Zelenskyy, but he is more reasonable than Trump.
Trump seems to want one of these
1. To help Ukraine if they give him most or all minerals.
2. Leave Ukraine alone and possibly fall to Russia
3. Actively help Russia take most or all of Ukraine.
Trump is a wannabe king or emperor of an empire. US is a "pointillist empire" with its overseas military bases and territories, but Trump wants a formal empire as the endgame it seems. And part of that is either cozying up to Russia or possibly screwing them for dominance. I would go for the former, since Trump seems like he is going to be way more cucked to Putin than he was during the first Trump administration.

The problem with that it would cost them a fuck load of money. Australia cancelled our submarine deal with France and it cost us big. We went wit the USA, now you got to wonder if that was the right decision, cause who knows what the clown will decide to do next when he ran out of people to bully lol.
