3ds is the only way to play 3ds games.. if a ps4 owners ps4 breaks.. He will more likely buy a PS5 (or sign up in some shop and wait for stock)

Switch continues to amaze me. The longer a Switch 2 launch will be, the better. The jump from Switch to Switch 2 is poised to be something.

This shows the Switch is still in high demand and largely bound by supply of the OLED model.

3DS outsold the PS4 by over 2.5 in its lifetime. Makes sense to sell more still, especially with stock problems.
Btw this is the strongest week 7 the Switch ever had.
And this is also interesting.
Graphs made by Hiska-kun from Installbase.
At this point why keep tracking the PS4? lol
We know Sony plans to ship 1 million PS4s this year, but it looks like none is going to Japan.

Oh, they'll be back. :D
But the fact is, Switch is going to be up for several weeks come Q1/Q2. April's sales last year were bolstered by the lingering effect of Monster Hunter, but this year we have Switch Sports, Mario Strikers and Splatoon 3 all between April and August. September in particular was rough last year, as everyone was waiting for the OLED. This year, everyone still wants the OLED and people will be playing XC3 this September. Switch will continue to sell like crazy, so long as the stock is there.
