@tbone51 Now that you are predicting that, I wouldn't be surprised if it comes close to that number!

It’s going to be an exciting launch

It already feels like most people are going to buy this game. I think a lot of people are thinking along the lines of 'this is what sw/sh should have been' and will get this game, and some people didn't bother with sw/sh cuz it was the same old thing and they will get this game. I think it'll sell a lot more than the d/p remake and even that I think could hit 15 million. If Game Freak could possibly put out some improvement patches to give it positive post-launch word of mouth I could see it getting up close to Sw/Sh numbers. Because the game is a new take on the pokemon formula it is possible the remakes coming out two months beforehand won't hurt it too much, maybe the people who bought the remakes just gradually pick it up over the course of the year instead of at launch. Anyway, it'll be interesting to here about launch numbers and quarterly numbers on both recent pokemon games.

Who cares?

Comg stores are selling out already.

All of them! Combined! And multiplied by 627!

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

I believe i will be about 15M sold, but would love to see it crawl to 20M

Game is gonna sell over 25mil. Book it

Before I played it, had it at 18-20 Mil, now that I’ve played it, I agree with you. 25 mil + for sure.

None voters, you’re all fired.

I'm really glad Nintendo are finally shaking up the formula after 25 years. Just shows how innovative Nintendo are and Sony and Microsoft aren't.
