Darksiders 1.

The other 3 horsemen coming down from the sky was a great cliffhanger. Shame the series never went back to it.

Infinity War's ending is soo good. I also liked Rogue One's ending as well except the Leia. Return of the Kings ending was also awesome.

Revenge of the Sith nailed it with the transformation of Darth Vader. The lava fight, the Jedi exodus, death of a republic form of government, reveal of Emperor Palpatine. On and on, it was the most epic conclusion.

(Vader’s “Noooo!!” was pretty weak though)
