Wish I had time to play more. I’ve been doing tons of side stuff and police work, have barely touched the main story. I love how deep the combat and skill tree are, coupled with the mods and body enhancements you can get, it opens up basically endless amounts of play styles and builds. I recently switched to a melee style but I went back because the gun combat feels so good.

Still need to get into the crafting more. I guess you open up more crafting options by buying blueprints?

Yeah, the crafting system is probably the one thing that disappoints me so far. You basically have to visit every merchant to buy blueprints in order to properly take advantage of it, and it seems like material costs are very high for the blue, purple, and orange rarity gear, not sure how you are supposed to earn enough mats to craft the higher rarity items without buying the higher rarity mats from vendors, which ends up costing more than just buying higher rarity gear from vendors. Hopefully that is something that gets balanced on the upcoming patches.

You can break down gear to get your own crafting materials. Perks in the crafting tree definitely help with that by giving you more crafting stuff per breakdown, and making crafting cost less. Also crafted weapons do extra damage, and you can upgrade crafted items far beyond what regular bought items do. If crafting was easier to do it would break the game, like it did with Skyrim. You'd be able to craft insanely powerful gear, and then use that insanely powerful gear while being stupidly good at several non-crafting, non-tech related things.

I saw a video of patch 1.06 on PS4Pro and it seems it is running pretty well, almost locked at 30fps. Performance has greatly improved although I still want to check it for base consoles.
Of course the non existent AI and bugs were not fixed yet, but it seems they are in the right path to fix the game.

Cyberpunk has lost 79% of its players on Steam since launch. The dumpster fire rages on!

I'm glad Cyberpunk is losing steam.

I must say BeatemUps did unexpectly a great video about the state of Cyberpunk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CymqHdNYkg (the music video at the end was great aswell).

But but it has a 79% approval rating on Steam, or that's what the cyber warriors keep coming up with.

It was always going to be heavily front loaded with the amount of hype it got, but all the problems have slowed down more sales as well. Plus the more people finish it, the less positive word of mouth gets.

I'm glad Cyberpunk is losing steam.

At least until the renewed interest brought about due to the release of the spiritual successor: Steampunk 1877

Witcher 3 lost 40% in the same time frame.

The difference is that Cyberpunk can be finished in ~20 hours whereas The Witcher 3 is about 50 hours.

In other words those numbers should be expected for a single player game where the average length of a playthrough is far shorter.
One month is plenty of time to complete Cyberpunk.

I mean it is a relatively short singleplayer game. Eventually people will beat it and move on to other games. Losing 4/5ths of the playerbase in nearly 1 month seems about par for the course considering the game can be beat in like 20 hours if you do just main story, 50 if you do main story and some side content, and 90 hours if you do all side content. Sure some people will immediately start a 2nd playthrough if they really enjoy a singleplayer game, but that is fairly rare, and most who plan to do that will probably wait on the patches and free DLC's for their 2nd Cyberpunk playthrough, I know I am.

Edit: Barozi beat me to saying this by about a minute xD

Also there is probably a lot of people waiting for further updates to go back to the game and play it again or complete all achievements or complete all side quests.

And this was supposed to be the game that was going to beat TLOU Part II?
