Will PS4 demos or betas be playable on PS5?

The majority of legacy PS4 demos and betas will not be playable on PS5. Moving forward, however, new demos and betas will be playable on the PS5.

In the discussion area of the page there is a discussion going on that this is a comeback from arrogant Sony, what do you think?

What's with you and all the clickbait headlines? So PS4 demos aren't playable on PS5...who cares....they're demos.

With the exception of something like P.T, which is a special case, nobody has any right to be upset about a PS4 demo or beta not playing on their PS5. If you like that demo or beta so much, you shoulda bought the full game at some point.
