Very tough and tight race for third spot.

And the next quarters will be interesting to see how AC:NM will move compared to MK8D and BotW compared to SSBU.

Animal Crossing. I picked it at the beginning and thought I was overshooting because at the time, most of the votes were going to Pokemon.

1. Pokemon
2. Zelda
3. Mario
4. Animal Crossing

End of life:
1. Animal Crossing
2. Zelda
3. Mario
4. Pokemon

I think AC has a real shot at (just barely) cracking 20 mil, so I actually expect it to be neck and neck with Smash.
But anyways my predictions for these four would be:

AC - 20,1 mil
BotW - 18,5 mil
Sw/Sh - 18,3 mil
SMO - 18,1 mil

Got the order right! Severely underestimated AC though. "neck and neck with Smash"... It's 2,4 mil above. Insane.

Definitley should have taken into the account the gaming boost we've seen from the ongoing pandemic. My numbers for Odyssey/BOTW were based on previous quarter and previous year for this quarter. But BOTW just posted it's highest non-holiday quarter since Jan-March 2018 and Odyssey is actually up YoY.

Animal Crossing I can't use corona as an excuse though, I just severely underestimated it. Hadn't seen the 14m sell-through, but even if I had I still wouldn't have predicted over 22m.

Animal crossing just said "later bitches" and on its way for the top spot.
