Forums - Politics Discussion - No evidence of vote fraud by Evo Moralez found

The New York Times reports about a scientific paper, that looked into the accusations of vote fraud in the bolivian general election of 2019, which ultimately led to the end of Evo Moralez presidency. The scientist couldn't find substantiation that these fraud accusations are accurate. To this day Bolivia has no rightfully elected government, the interim government is persecuting supporters of Evo Moralez.

What do you think?

He tried to change the constitution previously to stay in power indefinitely. He's an authoritarian with a lust for power as bad as Chavez and Castro. The new government may not be great but taking him out of the presidency was a good step regardless.

Too late to make have any kind of impact.

Please excuse my bad English.

I literally just read an article about how there were more registered voters in counties than there were people of eligible voting age in a swing state of America, so this seems relevant. Glad to know some countries don't have that problem that we have here with dead people voting, duplications (from moving), non citizens being sent voter registration cards in the mail, etc. I wish we could figure this all out and end voter fraud here. It doesn't make a difference in most states, but the Swing states it makes ALL the difference.

Don't want to derail the thread, but civilian voter fraud in the states is a mountain made out of a mole hill; we're talking one or two digit possible cases per million.

Pf course it was all a hoax perpetuated by the US to overthrow yet another left leaning leader for daring to stand up to the US. Evo Morales was an actually good ruler while the current crazy lady is the true authoritarian. US once again removed a democratically elected leader to install an authoritarian. What a shock!

Just a guy who doesn't want to be bored. Also
