Just watched the new leak, which includes a gym scene and audio with her voice. So yeah she is NOT a transgender, its just a woman that somehow in an apocalictic world have a body of an men on steroids. But she is NOT a transgender. She is born female. On steroids. Also one of her friends looks like Drunkman.

These days at current Naughty Dog people have to look a certain way to fit Naughty Dog’s narrative that’s the whole point. All this de-feminising of female characters has reached a point where i find it comical with good ol Naughty Dog,and this time looks like not even blind fanboys will save them.If you don’t understand why this is more stupid than ok in a wolrd where everything is gone and destroyed then i don’t know what to say to you. It’s unnecessary, adds nothing to the story and further exposes ND.

By the looks of it they put more thoughts in Abby’s muscles instead writing a good and a worthy follow up story to the first game.

I don't see what the fuzz is about to be honest. Sure, it's painful to see Joel die, but isn't he like 60 years old in part 2. Also, didn't we already know he would end up dead from the very first trailer they showed and that it would be a revenge story? My guess is that there's more to abby than just some buffed fembot killing of all the main protagonists of part 1. The story will obviously have some crazy twist but I think we're missing some context from these leaks. The narrative lead is actually Halley Gross, who's pretty good at dramatic story telling and I'm actually more excited about TLOU2 after the leaks. They're taking some big risks and I'm pretty curious to see how they're going to do it without pissing everybody off.

It really all depends if Ellie in fact dies at the end. Because it’s vague with the leak it’s possible she barely lives. But to put it another way, I said it before it’s like making Halo 5 where you play as Locke and kill Chief. You don’t kill fan favourites in video games without backlash. But also the heavy implication that ND wrote off Joel because he committed the capital crime of being a straight white male. 

I think tess was a great example. Its definitely a woman but badass, strong and could defend herself. not using fluffy clothes or something that would not be beliavable in that world, but still looked like a woman.

The leaks come from a pissed off ex-employee and we have no real context here. Sure, if they paint Addy as some savage psycho, it wouldn't make sense that she ends up killing Joel just like that, or just because he's a white male. Even I would be pissed and I'm a huge ND fan. However, I'm sure the story will be pretty great considering the creator of Chernobyl is doing a TLOU HBO series, featuring Joel and Ellie.  

The show is an adaptation and obviously would be some sort of prequel to LOU2. And while I agree Joel going out the way he does isn’t a deal breaker, it’s if Ellie dies at the hands of Abby that will cause the outrage. And while we didn’t see a definitive kill, i don’t see a reason Abby won’t finish the job. 

Its been confirmed the leaker had no connection with ND/Sony.

Also interesting to note, Neil Druckmann talked about false information surrounding the story, I'm assuming its the misinformation going around about Ellie dying or Abby being trans.

She might almost get killed and goes on a revenge spree afterwards to avenge Joel.
