I have a 32x a nomad and a virtual boy. Don’t know which one sold worse, but I’m sure none of them are good.

Of those, I believe the Virtual Boy sold the least, at 770k lifetime according to Wikipedia. 32X sold just barely more at 800k. Couldn't find any figures for Nomad.
