I can think of LOTS of solutions with this technology. Blindness, deafness, paralysis, amputation, obesity, telepathy, superintelligence, perfect memory, the matrix, time dilation, the sky is the limit if and when this tech matures enough. Of course there are privacy and security concerns which should be taken very seriously, but when has that ever stopped advancement before? Computers are just as vulnerable yet we rely on them every day.
