Well, no, because whoever wins gets to be president. The fact that their opponent whines like a petulant little fuck doesn't make it any less of a victory. Might actually make it better.

Leave the emotions out of this for a second, and analyse it with facts.
The conclusion you can make from this election is that the country is exactly split in half, and that most compaigns were not about facts, but rather about beating the oponent, because " he is going to destoy America, and we must fight for the soul of this country". Like most people have been saying, the most important task for whoever gets elected will be to heal the wounds of the US democracy, and that will take years, and will be a full time job.
Not only that, but even if Biden wins, it seems that the republicans will have majority on the Senate, blocking many of the projects that Biden would have (and hopefully keep in check most radical projects that the far left inside the democrats would want to pass), and the House seems to also be evenly split. That will make for a very weak government, because they will have to be constantly negotiating projects and anything the republicans don't remotely aprove, they will stop it from going foward.
So yeah, nobody wins in this scenario.
