On the same day the W101 kickstarter is supposedly going to happen. Or has this been up a while?

Yeah, but nothing here points to W101 or Kickstarter.
So are they going to announce four new projects, or are they going to announce the fourth installment of one of their series? Do they have an IP that is close to the 4th game? Bayonetta hasn't even reached the third game yet.

Either a new IP or multiple projects is my guess. So a new publishing branch would fit with multiple new projects.
