The UK is making a Godawful mistake in this, there isn't enough research and if one thing has been sure this hole time the research keeps bringing to light facts that make this worse and worse. Fucking Brexit, man. It fucked them.

They started opening the sealed apartments in China to, apparently, hoards of dead. Who would have thought locking people in with no local community help would result in this.

Imagine how hard things would have been, if England didnt get a "soft break" brexit,
with EU basically bending over backwards, to give them a easy out.

Hard crash brexit + Coronavirus, woulda hurt.

Alot of brits are probably happy, that Boris happend to go for the soft approach right about now.

Folks: do not take ibuprofen if you get sick. Evidence is increasingly showing that it makes it easier for the virus to spread and actively managed cases worse. Germany uses metamizole, but France and Italy's healthcare system don't, and perhaps this is why the results are there for all to see. Unsure yet if acetaminophen and aspirin will have the same effect.

Edit - thinking about the mechanisms at play here, I'd definitely avoid aspirin. But that's out of my own educated deduction, not from empiric evidence.

I ask again, what difference does it make?  What mechanism is there in the EU to stop this disease?  Because it doesn't seem to be helping any of the other countries.

Hard crash brexit would cause distruption to supply chains, and the UK would be lacking alot of things (foods/medicins).
That ontop of Coronavirus also haveing a impact.

Not to mention the economical hit, the UK would take on a hard brexit.... which again, would happend at the same time of this virus outbreak? that will also likely have a economical hit to a countries economy.

It would just make everything worse they have to go through.

I was thinking more so about the economy side of things.
UK was smart to not go for a hard brexit.

They would have been royally screwed over, if they picked the other option.

I was just going to post that lol.

The Dutch people has reached a new low. With the closure of cafes and bars and restaurants, people are out hoarding weed.

Yes, this is a line for people trying to score some weed;

For those that have had their countries or counties on lockdown how are the governments dealing with the homeless population?

Confirmed Cases outside of China have surpassed confirmed cases reported in China.
