Can someone explain this logic to me:

Grocery store: Carts get cleaned, disinfected after every use, same with the belt at the checkout, cleaned before the next person.
School: High touch areas will be cleaned twice a day. Everyone touches it but we'll clean it at lunch and after school.

School is supposed to start today but already postponed until next week. Cases are up 25% in Canada, higher than they were when schools had to close.
