Did this guy mention the European connection or was it some other rumor? I think that European rumor was from some other source so if we think outside European then that gives some options and i think it might be hyped up so big but not as big as Bethesda cos it is just over hyped. So what could that then be hmm something like capcom or sega which have been rumored now for some weeks.

True but i wonder that is there some kind of mix up with those rumors. Some are that they bought 2 studios and some are that they bought something with lots of money but it is not acquisition so that makes me wonder that are we talking about actually two different things. BUT one big notice on this is that i dont think it vice to pay money for 3rd parties to get games for short time on game pass. Im sure it is much more benefit to actually buy studio that make games for ur game pass library that u dont have to buy over and over again on ur service that will just bleed money again and again.

If it’s not CDPR then it has to be either Crytek or IOI, neither are as big as Bethesda but they have more name recognition than other Euro studios mentioned.

European part did come from another source, a Mexican leaker who claimed he had a friend at one of the 2 studios MS already bought. So it's possible that the European studio is not the same one that Ragnar is referring to, or that one leaker or the other or both are talking BS. If both are right, and the other leaker is talking about the other studio, that opens Bungie as a possibility for sure, they aren't quite as big as Bethesda in terms of popularity and sales, but Destiny 1 came closer to Skyrim's sales than any other independent AAA studio has except for CD Projekt. If we look at owned studios instead of just independent ones, you can add Blizzard to the list as well, but MS buying Blizzard away from Activision-Blizzard is even more unlikely than MS spending $10b on CD Projekt, as it would probably cost $20b+ to buy Blizzard away from Activision.

That dude is actually from Sevilla, Spain and not Mexico I believe, if he was Mexican then I would have dismissed his statements.

Crytek and proper RYSE game = take my money :D I mean seriously that could have been great new IP if just it would have been made properly and not rushed launch title with really repetive and simple combat. Just make it bigger and add better combat etc and u have great new IP for xbox.

Why would CD Project Red be classified as a waste of money, just because 10 billion for two games? I know Ryuu said that, but do others mirror that same sentiment? Just wondering.
