Thank God (aka Phil Spencer) that MS bought them instead, EA would have destroyed them and possibly shut down some of the other smaller Zenimax studios. They would have done to them what they did to Bioware

This also confirms what some insiders have been saying for years that the Zenimax higher up were open or thinking about selling.

Hopefully MS put together an easy machine to code for 4K60.

Which begs the question. Where is the PS5? Why commit to a tear down exclusively to Japanese Youtubers? 

Just watched the digital foundry video too. While at 1440p it does look pretty awesome.


To think though that many were super disappointed in Assassin's Creed when that could hit 4k 30 in an earlier build. 4k 60fps is impressive for an open world title, even if it doesn't look as graphically demanding as Demons Souls.

Having large open hubs and a big map, with numerous NPCs on screen at the same time, is much more graphically demanding. 

Same, just finished up.  Was a bit shocked with the screen tearing even though it wasn't too noticeable. Did see some pop-in I didn't notice before and shimmering on distant horizontal vertical lines.
