I hope nothing changes regarding Obsidian, I like em the way they are, I don't think they'll be able to do New Vegas without cancelling either The Outer Worlds 2 or Avowed, neither of which I want to be cancelled.

I do hope Obsidian/InXile don't clash with Bethesda in terms of releases, given the rumours of Obsidian essentially making an Elder Scrolls clone and InXile being the ones who created Fallout (Well, Brian did) and I have a strong suspicion his AAA RPG will be essentially modern day Fallout but in Wasteland's world.

Should hopefully be fine, Xbox will absolutely kill it with RPGs though, Avowed, The Outer Worlds, Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Wasteland, Fable.

Well it was a joke but considering we have so many projects going on I would not be surprised they would make some F4 DLC.

I have to give credit to Phil. I have no clue what presentation he and his team brought to the MS heads of state to make a deal like this possible and turn MS gaming division around but you have to give him some props. I remember he was getting a lot of flak for not getting all the game studios purchases he stated MS was looking to do and then he lands this monster out of nowhere. The only thing I can think of is that MS has huge plans for gamepass and its not limited to just Xbox but has to be every platform that can play games including TVs, Tablets you name it.

I mean my brain is just "processing" the news still...

All the IPs that are coming with this deal...

Even if Microsoft will probably keep a lot of them multiplatform, they will definitely probably "Xboxify" some of them for sure.

Why honor the PS5 exclusivity? Give Sony their money back and release it on everything instead.

I am sure that Phil could not get out of those exclusive deals since they all happen before the purchase especially if money already changed hands. If anything Phil probably will have to have those studios add something extra when those games come out for the MS console to entice a purchase.
