Microsoft needs to have a new developer team to revive the dormant super super fun thunder series , It's shame they holding on to both Hydro thunder series and arctic thunder if someone has contact with phil spencer tell him he should try H20 overdrive arcade and arctic thunder arcade because these series needs a sequal mostly on Xbox Sex would make the hydro thunder and arctic thunder fans go crazy for an Xbox series sex

0:30 my favorite stage blizzard in DC arctic thunder craves for artic thunder 2

I was completely unaware Microsoft owned the Hydro Thunder IP! I remember they had that Hurricane title on Xbox Arcade, but I just assumed it was licensed. Hell yes, I'd be all over this!!!

I was able to play about 10 matches today of Infinite and.......that progression system is as bad as I've been hearing! After a handful of matches and challenges completed, I had the challenge where I had to just play 4 matches to complete it and nothing else. It didn't matter how ass I was in those 4 games or how god tier I was. The only progress I was making was another tick on the challenge to complete 4 matches. What a demoralizing feeling.......I know 343 already acknowledged this, but this has to be top on their list of most important things to fix ASAP!

I think NFT Halo artwork would be dope. I’m not sure how NFT games work though.

Smart move!

Saints Row Delayed to August.

Everyone seems to not be a fan at how slow you gain XP in Halo Infinite. They should have it give you a small amount of XP per kill (10?), so at least you are always gaining some each match.

It's not only the slow rate of XP gain for me. Season is 6 months I think and later challenges give more XP.

But it sucks people are forced to do specific challenges to gain XP instead of just trying to win, play the objective etc. It hurts the gameplay as It did on Gears 5 until they fixed some of the challenges and made It possible to quickly do dailies on private matches against bots.

Never thought any Microsoft studio would manage to make a worse system than ToD on Gears lol

Sea of Thieves got it right, you get Plunder Pass progress for pretty much anything you do in game.

Play a match 45 XP
Win the match + 15
Losethematch+5
For each kill  +4
For each assist +2
Time of match each minute 2 XP

MVP winning the match with 20 kills/5 assists =>150 XP + duration of match lets says 20 minutes=  total 190 XP

Just should add some objective xp aswell.

Get rid of the daily challenge that gives 100 Xp for a match (so silly bec it is better to play quickplay games instead of long big team games)

And let the weekly challenges stay but with this setup no one will feel forced to do the weekly challenges. (Bit like almost no one cares in COD but see it as an nice extra bonus when they completed one)

Ghost had boost on the Alpha flights at least, I didn't get a chance to use one last night though, maybe they removed it.

Ghost has boost on it, that's for sure

Xbox + Bethesda had 20 nominations this year.

  • Deathloop - 9
  • Psychonauts 2 - 5
  • Forza Horizon 5 - 3
  • Age of Empires IV - 1
  • Flight Sim - 1
  • Starfield - 1

I wonder how many they'll receive next year. We think they'll beat it?

Kinda ironic that half of the nominations XGS received is the game that is not even on Xbox

I doubt they ever intended to release it on it's original announced date

@shikamaru317 thanks for compiling the nomination list.

This year's TGA is incredibly easy to vote for me. Half of the nomination list contain just the games that I haven't played/didn't have interest it, so I just skip these categories entirely. The second half contains the categories where I only played one game/had interest in, which makes the choice obvious.

The only categories that I can highlight that don't seem to fall into these two groups are Best Community Support - I voted Apex in best ongoing, but can't vote it here as their community support is quite terrible, so don't think they deserve to win this. Haven't played other games. Most Anticipated - actually don't really anticipate any of the nominated games, but I guess, I'll go with Elden Ring, because at least I might consider trying it out, even though I'm not a souls fan and would have preferred if it was more like Sekiro.

And of course the one that stands out Best Role-Playing. What can I say here? I've played all the games in this category except MH Rise. And I only skipped MH Rise because couldn't get into series with World no matter how many times I've tried. This is the most competitive category because it is filled with great games making it uneasy to decide. I will say that no matter who takes this, they will deserve this. But I'll probably stop between Tales of Arise and SMT V. Still haven't completed SMT V and that's why can't make final decision. Still most likely will choose Tales when all said and done.

This is good except the lose a match and play a match xp. At the least we should get xp on a medal basis.
