Everybody who wears glasses xD |
Spoiler alert: wearing glasses and a PSVR (or most PC VR headsets) ain't a problem.

My favorite youtuber wears glasses and has tried several different VR headsets, found them all very uncomfortable, smooshed his glasses into the bridge of his nose. Guess it depends on the exact pair of glasses and how it sits on your face. |
I had no problems wearing my glasses (13.5 cm / 5.3'' width) under my PSVR (using it over 4 years) or my Oculus Rift (using it over 3 years).

According to MRTV they should also fit under my preordered HP Reverb G2:
And there is always the option to get a prescription lens adapter kit for all popular VR headsets:
No update for me on Amazon :/ Getting a little worried.

I do :)
Well as someone who owns almost all possible VR headset (Rift, HTC Vive, PSVR, 4 different WMR headsets, even an Hololens 1). And while VR can be fun and even amazing if you play games like Alyx (probably my most played VR game), if I have a choice I will go without it any day when a game offers both way to be played. For me VR is like game streaming, an option :) A nice one when you can but really not the best way to play when you play hours and hours.
For Rogue Squadron, I am a big fan of the good old X-Wing, Tie Fighter, X-Wing vs Tie Fight, Alliance... And frankly, the immersion is not what I loved about those games but the simulation and campaign aspect (which is by the way why I was disappointed by Squadron being more a multiplayer game than having a great and long campaign). So for me, resolution/fps > VR when I play on my big 4K screen.
I give you that if you are really a big fan of VR and enjoy playing hours of it without any problem, this game is probably one of the best possible experience (I still believe Alyx is a masterpiece and nothing beats it but that's me :))

Probably the majority of gamers who don't own a VR headset.

Wow, so if I'm reading that right: PS5- 1440p 60 fps with better lighting Series S- 1440p 60 fps with better lighting and other settings bumped to a higher level from PC, or 1440p 120 fps with the same graphical settings as Xbox One Series X- Dynamic 4K 60 fps with better lighting and other settings bumped up to a higher level from PC, or native 4K 120 fps with the same graphical settings as Xbox One Sony fans are not going to be very happy with EA I suspect. |
Wow... same res as Series S...
That's crazy to think about. Certainly does add that tiny bit more credibility to the boost clock theory as well.
Will wait for the digital foundry video though, I think.

Anyone who gets home from work and doesn't want to put a box over their head for a few hours.
