Yeah Sony 1st party studios really decreased the number of games they launch compared to PS3 era due to same reason as Rockstar: more time dedicated to develop a game.

Not only that but I also think Sony has tried to be more quality over quantity over the last few years when it comes to 1st/2nd party titles.

I honestly could see them just porting GTAV and RDR2 and release 1 new game (Bully 2 is rumored).

I simply don't enjoy rockstar games. GTA and RDR2 are both terrible. The controls are awful. Never got the love for rockstar.

I could see that.  I don't think GTA6 will be released anytime soon when there's still money to be milked out of GTA5 and GTA Online.

It is pretty shitty of Rockstar to do that. They were a great developer last gen. I understand that games cost more and require more time to develop, but Rockstar could've released 1 or 2 smaller games before RDR2 released. I got bored of GTAV online pretty quickly after last gen release which makes it even worse. RDR2 online is in the same boat.
