There is argument over what appears to be materia encrusted in Cloud's Buster Sword in the trailer.

It looks incredibly amazing. I'm pleased with how the character models look, I'm also not angry about the voice changes, I think they fit very well, although I would prefer Sephiroth to get his Superman voice back. The combat reminds me of "Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII" which I am also happy about. This is a day one collectors edition that will stay in the wraps, and than a regular edition so I can play. Hyped

You're being really considerate about it, where as I think it sounds like absolute dog shit. The Japanese need to be called out for how culturally disconnected they are from African Americans. Almost every black individual in anime has a raspy, edgy and stoic deep voice affiliated with them - and Barret just got the same treatment...
Newsflash Japan: not all black people sound like that...
