Really dismayed at the number of conservatives who are either implying or outright saying that the thwarted kidnapping and possible murder of Governor Whitmer were justified.

In fairness, Whitmore fired the first shot at Trump on this one, blaming him.
I think the left in general kinda lost the moral high ground where it comes to condemning political violence these past few years. When you let it go on your own side, it's going to metastasize. Been warning about that for years. |
Quite a few people, including right-wingers I know. And their complaints about her had nothing to do with political violence she wasn't involved in. They were mad about mask orders and social distancing. The same rules that almost every other state has in place, including my state, Arizona.
BTW, Trump started it in the first place by undermining Whitmer's efforts to contain the virus, encouraging armed thugs to congregate at the State Capitol, and his infamous "LIBERATE MICHIGAN!" tweet. I'd put the blame on him, too. He seems to have forgotten, or has never grasped to begin with, that he's a public servant for ALL Americans, not just the ones who love him.
And in your last post, what you're saying is, it's okay if "the left" takes it up to the next level now that the right has done this. Is that what I'm reading? Anything goes now?

Your opinion on the morality of the left doesn't take away anyone's right to condemn disgusting political violence. Why on earth would you believe something so ridiculous?
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
Trump is trying his best to spin his way to victory in 2020. Trump claims he is now immune to the Corona Virus and Americans can beat Corona Virus and they should not fear Corona Virus. The polls in 2016 indicated Clinton would beat Trump but Trump ended up as President despite the 2016 polls. Opinion polls can be inaccurate: Trump's win and Brexit are two examples where the expert polls were wrong!
Will Trump remain as President or will Biden get up in November? The Presidential election will be a judgement of Trump's handling of the Corona Virus. Trump win will be a mandate that he did a good job handling the Corona Virus.

You are insinuating, if it wasn't for Corona the Democrats would undoubtely lose.

"Apparently they're trying to prove voter fraud is real by committing actual election fraud."

I heard about that. It's too coincidental to dismiss, but unfortunately we can't take action without proof.

After a federal task force killed the self-described antifa activist Michael Reinoehl on Sept. 3, President Trump praised it as “retribution.” Our new investigation raises doubts about whether officers made any attempt to arrest Reinoehl before killing him https://t.co/3DpRlzNcUP

Paywalled article, but the thread has all the relevant info.
You'll all be shocked to learn that Obamagate turns out to be a nothing burger without any charges filed or even so much as a public report. I nearly fainted, myself.
Forbes has a breakdown of Trump's assets and debt. According to them, he's actually over $1B in debt (not the $400M suggested), though he does have $3.6B in assets to offset it.
