This is just so heartbreaking to see. It's like seeing Superman raping a kitten. HE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT! HE'S SUPPOSED TO DO THE OPPOSITE! IN WHAT KIND OF JOB DO YOU NOT GET FIRED FOR DOING THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO?

I like the police, it has an important job. It exists to specifically protect me and do justice. I look up to policemen, I respect them and if I ever had any trouble I'd look for the next policeman to help me, because I know that's not only their job but their calling to do. Just like I trust a doctor to do everything in his power to save my life. Imagine a doctor starting to chop up his patients and instead of prescribing painkillers he kicks you in the head. It's just pure madness, yet that's exactly what's happening in the states right now.

And instead of taking people to justice, they're being protected. Protected by other cops, protected by politicians. You want to categorize a terrorist group? Look no further than your own fucking police!

It makes you realise how important the role actually is.
And be greatfull that in our society we dont have the same issues.

In denmark our cops are very differnt than the ones protraited by media in america currently.
My dad used to work as a reviser, and worked alongside cops. He told me that in the "old" days it was like playing cops & robbers, the cop would run down the suspect, and as soon as they tagged (touched them) they would stop up, give up all resistance and accept they were caught. Like "Hah! you got me", sometimes they would ask the cops, "can I go talk to my lady before you take me away?" and the cops would allow them to go explain to their loved ones, they got caught and might be going away for some time. Now even in denmark, things arnt as "gentle" as that anymore.

However I still think that one of the reasons our society is so differnt from the american one, is because we dont allow people to own guns.
Guns and how often theres shootings, has resulted in the US cops being the way they are. The solution to haveing your life on the line constant, due to people with fire arms shooting at cops? shoot first ask questions later, and have the laws protect the cops.

The US should ban gun ownership tbh.
Gather up all the guns on the streets, and then remove lot of the laws that protect cops when they commit brutality.

Also people need to realise that alot of crime has its roots in inequality.
Basically if your poor, your more likely to commit crime.  Solution is to keep people happy, and not poor.

neoliberalisme and capitalisme, taken to a extreme has resulted in a USA thats very unequal, and has vast differnce between rich and poor.
Its not a healthy thing.

Are you saying it's possible that nobody wins?

Although with how things have gone so far this year, surely there won't be enough people willing to vote for trump for him to actually win again, right? To me Biden seems like a pretty poor candidate but... he's not trump, so he's got to win... right?

There is a possibility for no EC victory the house would vot eon the President and the Senate on the Vice President.

I personally think Biden would win but as we saw in 2016 Trump was able to bring out voters in certain states to win. Its gonna be a close election regardless.

Doubt it.  Wisconsin has been voting blue, and just voted in a D governor.  Florida is currently polling higher for Biden.

Out of all the states in the midwest Wisconsin and Ohio are the ones most likely to stay red. The governor race had lower turnout compared to 2016. Florida could go either way.

Republicans are more likely to vote during small elections.  The fact that Wisconsin went blue during a smaller turn out is a sign it'll be blue with a larger turn out.  Not the opposite.

Compare 2018 to 2014, Walker went from a 6% advantage to a small disadvantage.  Similar advantage in 2010.

Note that a lot of the voters in midwestern states that voted Trump in 2016 registered and voted the same day. i remember reading a few years ago that in wisconsin (could have been another MW state) most people that did same day registration and voted were Trump voters. Maybe for a non right wing populist thats the case but Trump appeals to a lot of white working class voters that past Republicans candidates didnt get out to vote.

So basically, Biden would become President (since the democrats control the house and will most probably keep it) but possibly with Trump as his VP (since it's not impossible that the republicans stay ahead in the Senate).

While I certainly don't want this to happen, I would love to see what would happen if that happens.

I think there are so many young progressive people with a modern mindset to focus on at the democratic side and still the traditional older dinosaurs wil mostly be put into the spotlight, that irritated me for a good while now:P

Very outdated, here's his current prediction:

335 for Biden, 203 for Trump. Even if you give the two tossups to Trump, it would still just be 310 to 228 in Biden's favor.

How do you know the same person made both maps?

Somebody else uses the exact same software than him? He's the only one I know who does.
