Once again, Nintendo absolutely anihilates the competition! Pure domination! =D

Yup, 246k vs 243k, pure domination

It's an asskicking for the ages! =D

I am more and more thinking that this 20M goal was not so hysterical.
They had maybe expected 1 more million from Labo and 1 more million from Q3 Pokemon-Smash.

Next week could see a +15000 boost in US thanks to the 35$ gift.

PS4 in 6th year and still above 200.000 weekly.

Congratulations  to Switch.

Xbox 1  pulling almost the same numbers as 3 DS. The lunch for XBOX 2 is ASAP for Microsoft. The need to anounce Xbox 2 at E3 , to keep the interest in the brand. Right now PR is more important then games, as they are preparing for lunch next year. All the leaks, tweets, interviews and promises  are all to keep the Press and gamers interested in the brand (sadly not in the games).

Another tie. Sony and Nintendo are clearly working together.

God bless You.

My Total Sales prediction for PS4 by the end of 2021: 110m+

When PS4 will hit 100m consoles sold: Before Christmas 2019

The PS4/Switch combo of systems for gamers seems to be absolutely at its best stride now, those systems work together so well

Slow it down coach....Im OneX/Switch and very content.

Seems like another very close week. Until when will it hold down?

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

This is pretty astounding, as the Switch goes on with no RE2 or KH3. Seems like this will be a tougher battle for the comp this year. Beast mode.

To be honest, is there a safe way to entrust the numbers we see for Europe ? I mean we see the PS4 being down everywhere else worldwide but it seems like Europe keeps being an unbreakable fort that ain't gonna flinch anytime soon. I would expect it to go alongside the general downward trend ...

So far we have USA and Japan corrected by NPD and MediaCreate, total is in line with Sony disclosures so the rest of numbers are either europe or ROW. So if you think Europe is to high and holding PS4 up, it would change to RoW doing it.

I don't know if Xbox One's sales are quite as important considering they're making a lot more money on software and services with an installbase of 40m+.

Switch and PS4 still doing really well in both regards though.

Sony do more than twice that on subs and SW so quite certain the 40 to 90 difference is very relevant.

How long will it take the Switch to catch up to xbox one?

Do PS4 even need a price cut at this point?
