Forums - Gaming Discussion - Worst game of 2018

I choose...

Fallout 76 22 39.29%

The Quiet Man 8 14.29%

Metal Gear Survive 8 14.29%

Atlas 3 5.36%

Ark on Switch 11 19.64%

Other 4 7.14%

Total:56

I mean i know Fo76 was trash, but I'm sure we could find at lest 100 games released on steam last year that were worse.

Kinda late playing this game but out of the ones i played in 2018 it was Fallout 4 that gave me the worst experience, seemed like a step back from skyrim and that game is old.

Out of the ones actually released in 2018 it is prob fallout 76 but i did not even come near that crap.

Poll added.

I'd also like to give a dishonourable mention to Black Ops 4 for lacking a campaign, doing the loathsome microtransaction/lootbox thing, and for jumping so predictably and pathetically on the overcrowded BR bandwagon.

Bet with Liquidlaser: I say PS5 and Xbox Series X will sell more than 56 million combined by the end of 2023.

Relative to their budget and pedigree?

3. Battlefield V- EA/DICE going against the wishes of a huge portion of the fanbase by pushing a modern political agenda into a historical game, then actively mocking the potion of the fanbase who was unhappy. On top of that, they made controversial gameplay changes and didn't put in enough content at release.

The only complaints I've heard against BFV are of a purely political nature; what was actually wrong with the gameplay?

Well, I haven't played Battlefield V myself, but from what I've heard they made alot of small changes that ticked off some of the fanbase. Slower reviving, low ammo on spawn, health no longer fully regenerating, spotting system being removed, etc. I also heard that they made the TTK (time to kill) faster, a change perceived by the fanbase as trying to win over CoD fans, it ultimately proved super controversial and DICE was forced to patch it out and make the time to kill slower again.

Watch this if you think any of the other poll options are worse than Atlas:

I'm positive your opinion will change.

Fallout 76 PRwise
Metal Gear Survive Gamewise
Atlas completes the podium

Fallout 76 takes the cake, followed by MG Survive and then Atlas. AAA devs should never stoop so low as to what some indie devs like the ones behind Atlas churn out.
