I'm thinking Pichu and Togepi. Like Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee, you should be able to get the 3 starters as the game progresses. :)
Umbreon and Espeon

Raiku and entei
Pikachu was more sucessful then eevee everywhere.
Id bet in pichu and togepi. They need someone that resemble Pikachu, and misty carring togepi everywhere reminds a lot of the feeling of lets go with eevee and Pikachu traveling in your shoulder/head.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they hadn't even decided if they wanna make a second Let's Go, although after these initial sales it is practically a given. GameFreak will not let the chance of more money slide.

Even more if the development isn't complex/expensive. 3M in 3 days is very healthy.
