When The Last of Us and God of War 3 ports for PS4 were announced, you said that only games older than 10 years should be remade and that users who bought TLOU on PS4 were dumb. Now with Nintendo's port galore you don't bat an eye. You basically prove that Nintendo fans (such as yourself) are just as guilty of defending their preferred platform holder but you as a moderator still feel the need to claim that PlayStation fans are worse.

I stand by that Wii U ports to Switch make more sense due to the fact that no one even owned a Wii U and majority of its library was left to die.  My comments in regards to Sony's ports were because they used the PR speak of ''People owned a 360 and didnt play these on PS3'', which was a lie considering 80m+ had a PS3. Excuses didnt hold water compared to the Wii U port talk that went on. 

So yeah I stand by those comments.

Didn't read the whole thread, so it's probably already been mentioned, but I thought it was Ubisoft that was always under scrutiny for downgrading their games from the E3 footage compared to release. Also, the general consensus that I've gotten from reading replies is that this is acceptable, when I have my reservations about it.

Oh, the "Wii U sold worse so now ports are completely fine"-argument. Great!

That certainly explains why ports of games younger than 10 years are suddenly fine as well as why PS4 owners that bought TLOU were dumb. Smh...

I have never, in my 30 years of gaming (or more specifically the 20 or so years of Sony being in the marketplace) heard anyone say sony never messes up or they're perfect. I've heard lots of arguments saying the Sony's mistakes are forgiveable and I've heard people say they aren't as severe as Microsoft/Nintendo, but I've never heard anyone sincerely claiming that Sony is perfect. As a joke, sure, or as an exaggeration, but never with sincerity. 

I'm both a Sony and Nintendo fanboy and even I admit both have made major mistakes in the past and are making some mistakes now. doesn't mean they aren't kicking ass. 

When a PlayStation exclusive releases I can feel the jealousy of my friends who don't own a ps4.i already convinced most of them to buy a ps4.
Those who don't have ps4 they always say some weird things about those exclusives.i really enjoy their suffering.also all this downgrade thing started from ubisoft now it's spreading to PlayStation.

I see it mostly from PC users. Xbox users get trolled by PlayStation fans when a PS exclusive is well recieved but the negative talks mostly come from PC gamers.

They'll go on why the game is shit, mostly say some bullshit like cinematic games have no gameplay else point that its 30 fps so the gameplay isn't good. As if framerate is the only thing that constitutes gameplay. Also keep saying Sony is ant consumer for locking games on their platform.

Ubisoft hasn't downgraded a game significantly in recent memory but still gamers will keep beating that horse. People are pricks.

What percentage of PS4 and xbox One players have a Pro and X? A very small minority. Also, sometimes these upgraded consoles offer 60 fps on games that are 30 fps on base consoles, so its not just graphics that sell these platforms.

I bet if Switch got a Switch XS it will sell a few units as well, but doesn't mean the Switch userbase cares too much for graphics.
