Extremely rarely, and outside of buying Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood near launch, I don't think I've ever bought games from any annualized series two years in a row.

Around the Network

Very rarely and almost certainly not at release.

I don't get them yearly since I don't see a reason for that and I want to save money for other games that year, but eventually I get one like two or three years after the last one I've played.

No simply because the annual series out there are games in genres I simply don't care about. I've spent the last 10 years being kinda interested in assassin's Creed but never buying any of them outside of 4 but even now with me being incredibly excited for odyssey and wanting to go back and play origins the series doesn't really count as annual anymore

I buy Fifa every year since Fifa 14 and Cod almost every year, but i skipped World War 2. I also buy every Battlefield so far, but its every 2 years obivously.

Usually only once or twice per generation. I sometimes want my FIFA fix and sometimes I don’t.
I would probably buy COD every year though if it came to Nintendo’s consoles every year.

Haven't bought a COD game since Black Ops 2, which I'm proud about ... although I've come close to buying COD's after that. I guess they just don't look interesting after initial release.

I want to since I follow sports such as basketball and futball but I just dont have the money for annualized games. But when I do I usually spend it on single player games from my backlog.

Never. I used to play each COD back on the PS3 but my nephew  was the one that bought them; I just borrowed them.

During the 360 days bought the string of COD games from MW2-BO2. The series went south after Black Ops 2, in my opinion. Also used to buy every second NHL, but now my friend shares his EA access with me so I don't have to do that, either.

Been on and off with Assassin's Creed games as well.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
