I'd expect Team Rocket's Jessie and James' signature Pokemon to get them.

Giovanni's signature Pokemon would also get one then which would be either Persian (since this is a yellow remake) or Nidoking/Nidoqueen. I'll go with Persian just because of Pokemon Yellow which took a lot of inspiration from the anime. (not sure though since it has an Alolan form.

Beedrill got a mega evolution so you'd expect it's counterpart to get one eventually too.

If there are going to be any new mega's I could see them adding them to almost all the remaining ones though that don't already have an alolan form or later gen evolution.

To the folks wanting to change a mon’s typing, why? Like, how does the new typing fit the old mon (keeping in mind that absolutely nothing else about it changes). Otherwise, I don’t see why you’re asking for things like Electric/Grass Raichu or Water/Steel Growlithe. Make some sense.

Despite all elite four have pokemon with mega forms(counting mega steeling for bruno), they are not from their signature pokemon(excetp for agatha)
So, a mega lapras, mega machamp and mega dragonite.

Agree on mega weasing and arbok for team rocket.
Also there is pokemon that could receive type change, golduck needs a psychic type.
Id add butterfree, dewgong, dodrio, hypno, kingler

I like the Dragon/Ice type idea for D'Nite. It would be dope.
