On the grounds that support dropped significantly after the first year.
At bolded-I think you misunderstood what i meant about those Wii U/Vita games. I was pointing out that after the first year 3rd party support evaporated outside of specific types of games. This has not happened with Switch which is getting a pretty diverse range of games recently and on the horizon.
How many games did EA release on Wii U after the first 6 months? I cant think of any. You are missing the whole point i am making. Wii U/Vita support started out pretty strong but after about a year or two it dropped significantly and only recieved specific types of games.
No goal-post shifting on my part, the number of devs supporting Switch is increasing, the majortiy of devs that have released games on Switch are continuing to support it and the library is continuously getting more diverse. This is the exact opposite of Wii U & Vita, they both had strong support off the bat but as time went on many devs stopped supporting them and they only recieved games targeted to specific demographics.

I'm sure when Rol looks up those numbers, you're going to be surprised. It appears your memory is not as strong as you think it is.
You can cheery pick and shift those posts all your want. I really don't care how low you set that bar.
Look, by the abysmally low standards that you're using to judge the Switch's third party support over its first two years, third party games are selling well on the Switch. Congratulations. Pat yourself on the back. Gold medal for your mental gymnastics routine.
Happy?

Im not sure if someone else said something to piss you off but i dont see any reason why you are being so condescending towards me.
My memory is not wrong, especially when it comes to Wii U, support was solid from launch through 2013 (13 months) but after that most major publishers dropped support outside of kid/family titles. This means that games outside of kid/family titles did not sell well enough to continue releasing.
Again, im not changing goalposts, could you point out which thing i said is changing goalposts?
What ive been saying this entire time is that Switch supporting is growing from a wide variety of different types of games (indie, Japanese, western, kid/family, mature) which means that in general 3rd party games are doing well otherwise we would start to see support drying up like it was on Wii U by this point.
The support Switch is getting 1.5-2 years after launch is significantly better than the support Wii U was getting at the same point.
