"the #1 battle royale game"? So... another lawsuit incoming from PUBG for that?

Well... It is by number of players and I wouldn't be surprised if it is by revenue as well.

PUBG has more players. PUBG has over 50m DAU on mobile. Over 5m players on Xbox and over 30m players on PC.

Fortrite had 40m users last month.

When stuff like this and Paladins are coming to the Switch it makes shit like the €50 port of Payday 2 look even more pathetic when the machine is capable (hopefully) of delivering games from this generation at a respectful price, not dropping 5 year old ports from last gen as a full priced game.

Hyped for this just because it will bring more gamers to the Switch as a legitimate contender for the "hardcore" gamer machine.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

You got a source for those PUBG numbers?

Your Fortnite source says.. "It's also quite a lot more than Fortnite's closest competitor seems to be managing, as PUBG's player count has halved since January."

The player count is the concurrent players on PC. It was averaging 3m concurrent but now averages 1.5-2m

So none of the figures you posted were actually about active users. Why are you comparing monthly active users of Fortnite to total all time players of PUBG?

The first link is daily active users. PUBG manages more users on 1 platform daily that Fortnite on all it's platformstill monthly.

A forum post isn't a source...

I wonder how long this fad will last before it dies out like Pokemon go. Think it'll make it an entire calendar year?
