I don't even want one but I feel like I have to buy an Xbox One S at that price. Consumerism is a bitch.

Well I'm pretty sure they are going to have similar prices on the hardware around the holidays with better bundles.  Its going to be hard for me to pass up on the digital sales though as long as there is something else decent close  to 75% off I'm pretty much guaranteed to buy something.

Wait...450 is a sale on the X1X? It was 500 at launch in the US? Good god. I thought the thing was just 500 here because we include 23% VAT (tax) in the final cost. What were they thinking pricing this thing? I've budgeted 4k PC builds close enough to 500 euro. Why would anyone buy this console...I'm flabbergasted here.

If I had a job I'd get one myself, also not sure how you'd be able to get a 4K build for that cheap.

I'm pretty sure that most people couldn't build a better rig themselves for $500 US.  Especially since a lot of graphic cards are overpriced since a lot of people use them for mining for cyber currencies instead of playing games.

Microsoft still very aggressive with their pricing.

$250 is the MSRP but MS have done deals that bring it don to $230 + a game this year. Last Holiday it was $200 though.

I gotta admit that those are some nice deals.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
