FF6.

Dude, Faxanadu! What the eff man! You gotta finish it. The game basically STARTS at that part. It gets so damn good. So much new character development through reorganizing your party, and then THE SHIT REALLY GOES DOWN.

Thats what I figured. Its just that I got the game in the US back then along with Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire 3 and all that stuff and couldnt be bothered back then. So maybe I need to hunt down the GBA version or get a ROM.

Super Mario RPG.

I have only played Chrono Trigger so I can't exactly say. CT is an RPG that should be played whether on an actual SNES or an SNES emulator(which is what I am using). Don't play the Playstation version, not only were the only additons to the port were anime cutscenes but the loading times are killer and very annoying. Good story, quirky characters, successfully mixing light hearted moments with a meaningful storyline, dual and triple techs, no random encounters, a game that is fun enough to be played multiple times. What more could you ask for?

1. Chrono Trigger
2. Zelda: LttP
3. Secret of Mana 2 (SD3)
4. FFVI

 Quotin dis shizzle.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

Chrono Trigger although for the crown of Snes RPG genre there are other awesome games to consider like Terranigma and Dragon Quest 6.
