God of war has better visuals than any pc game. Better than any xbox or switch game, it looks incredible I can't believe it tbh

That is because Nintendo fans like to claim cartoon is art direction superior and put how much prettier they think it is when the discussão nisso ontechnical side, to the point to ignore that a game wasn't portes because of low power but because devs are dumb.

I see what you mean. As in the way people say BoTW is better in art direction than Horizon (which they say is generic) because of the style yet ignore all the style and art direction in Horizon that is infused with the graphical tech.

To some people, cartoon art direction looks more appealing (note I did not write "superior"); to others, realistic art direction looks more appealing. Of course they aren't going to agree.

I've just watched 25 hours of gameplay total(hard mode) from a twitch streamer... what I've seen so far is that the games is extremely overrated.

I hate watching others play. I would never want to judge a game by watching some other asshat try to play it. Must be infuriating.

No one said these people can't find it appealing.

The thing is they try to put as cartoon = good art direction, realistm = no art direction, just copy and paste reality.

And the other thing is that they use their preference of art direction to determine that the graphics of one game is better than another and even more when talking about it technically and saying a game of that caliber is possible on said nintendo hardware.
