What do you think?

Not bold, it will outsell... 2 2.53%

Agree, it will sell the most on Switch. 21 26.58%

No, the game will sell most on PS4. 47 59.49%

Crazy, Switch-sales will ... 4 5.06%

It will sell over 9000 copies! 5 6.33%

Total:79

Not unrealistic since its the first Souls game on a Nintendo platform and its portable. I'm only disappointed in them giving players the choice to pussyout with the save anywhere mechanic. Thats not how you play a Souls game.

Just because theres more PS4's sold doesnt mean that the PS4 version will sell more, I remember last year when people said that Horizon Zero Dawn was going to sell more than BOTW just because theres more PS4's sold worldwide and boom, BOTW sold more, I think Dark Souls will sell more on the Switch due to the portability aspect but we'll see.

That's comparing two separate games, not the same as comparing the same game on different platforms.

It is an understandable design compromise for handheld play.  And if the game's appeal is that easily shattered it isn't that good a game now is it?

Being a bit facetious there obviously, but seriously it's the gameplay that makes the game great and an optional feature isn't going to ruin it for the hardcore fans.

Bakc on topic, what little data we have does back up this prediction. But it will still be a struggle cause you know preorder numbers be darned the marketing partnership and budget such as there is will probably go to Playstation.  Not a big deal, just a reality.

It really shouldnt matter if its the same game or different games, the fact of the matter is that given the install base of the PS4, HZD should have sold more than BOTW pretty convincingly, alot of people on here, youtube and other forums were saying this was going to happen due to the PS4's sales, now when it comes to the same game on different systems, the Switch has also sold more copies of Celeste, Rocket League and a couple other games than the PS4 and Xbox One versions so its highly possible that Dark Souls remastered could sell more on the Switch despite having a lower install base than both PS4 and Xbox One, I just think people should stop using "well given the install base of the PS4, the game will sell more" argument when its been proven wrong many times.

It has been proven wrong so many times with indie games, not major third party publisher games. Also, Rocket League on Switch hasn't even come close to Rocket League's sales on PS4, so I have zero idea how that got into your head.

Lol rocket league sold more on switch? That's a lie

Maybe but a good chunk of the series sales comes from outside of America where Switch is the strongest in that region and the pre-order numbers for the Switch version in Japan are is subpar ...

While the Switch is doing better than it's predecessor did in Europe just by the shear install base of the PS4 alone in Europe means that there's no way for the Switch versions to be able to compete with the PS4 in that region ...

If it is going to outsell the PS4 version then it'll need to grow it's lead with America ...

Big advantage for PS4 sales are very often PSN big sales discounts and that push sales of game hard, eShop dont have so offten and so big discounts.

Does not matter. On PS4, NS and Xbone combined this game will sell worse than on PC.
