That's comparing two separate games, not the same as comparing the same game on different platforms.

It really shouldnt matter if its the same game or different games, the fact of the matter is that given the install base of the PS4, HZD should have sold more than BOTW pretty convincingly, alot of people on here, youtube and other forums were saying this was going to happen due to the PS4's sales, now when it comes to the same game on different systems, the Switch has also sold more copies of Celeste, Rocket League and a couple other games than the PS4 and Xbox One versions so its highly possible that Dark Souls remastered could sell more on the Switch despite having a lower install base than both PS4 and Xbox One, I just think people should stop using "well given the install base of the PS4, the game will sell more" argument when its been proven wrong many times.
