8 / 10, a very well made Direct!
March and April are pretty empty for me (not into Kirby, South Park or Labo) but May has Hyrule Warriors, Dark Souls and Donkey Kong. Mario Tennis looks great, I liked the third party stuff. Excited for Smash, as I didn't really like the Wii U version for some reason. 2018 is shaping up nicely.

I have an honest question. When is a game consider a port and when is consider not a port??
I see many people saying that Crash, Okami HD and south park are ports

I believe it's because they've existed on other platforms already.

All technically ports but I wouldn't count Crash, it seems to have been locked to PS4 due to an exclusivity deal.  Switch is getting it same day as Xbone and PC.

 

A port just means they launched it on the other platforms then brought it to Switch some time later.

Doesn't really make them ports tbh as they're recent releases that would make them more multiplatform titles it would be like calling the Wii U version of Watch Dogs a port because it release a few months later, Crash for one releases the same day as the X1 version.

Okay now I'm confused XD. @ bold, so, the wii u one is not a port?

Smash, release date for Octopath and Mario Tennis basically carried this direct.The third party games were certainly surprises, but they are ports, not new games.And man, I really wanted to hear about FE.

Is "no more heroes, Travis strikes again" a port or have Nintendo purchased Marvelous / Grasshopper Manufacture?
