I mean I think it would be a great Idea customizing stage (i know it will be graphically demanding though) and I think switch should be able to handle most of it... or should they wait on their next gen?

Random races with random stages could be a little frustrating/fun but I think it would be great and will be effective.

Absolutely, modnation racers wasn't as fun as mario kart, but add that editor in to the next mario kart and it'll be amazing.

It’s not a bad idea but it’s harder to implement since Mario karts graphics are superior to excite bike. But could be fun.

I want a 2D Zelda maker. I will take that waaaaay before a Mario Kart maker.
