The games are counted separately. Pokemon Ultra Sun is at 47 and Pokemon Ultra Moon is at 51. Combined the number sold would be almost doubled.

47 is just Pokemon US, combined with UM must be way higher in the rankings, even top ten I could say.

I doubt it would make top 10. Anyway it's 2 different games so why combine.
