Ps4 Pro selling out on amazon Japan. Monster hunte is putting supply under pressure. The highest selling ps4 SKU is the monster Hunter bundle which is only up for pre order. So sales from the next few weeks won't count until mhw launch week which should be big.

Even though the market shrunk in the 7th gen from 6th gen, it was still pretty healthy. It was this generation where it dropped like a rock, but even then, the PS4 is expected to at least match the PS3's install base.

But, I see what you mean by how Final Fantasy has appealed less and less to Japanese gamers and more towards Western ones.

It'll make over a million quite easily as it will get a cheaper re-release in the next year or two. Those are generally tracked as separate SKUs.

Noctis, I think that the week-on-week percentage change for this game should be 43% rather than the -52% in the OP.

Or that somehow the last week and this week numbers have been swapped.

Final Fantasy XV charting in Dengeki, and the world is fine.

But seriously, is good to see it around together with some other older releases such as Mario Kart 7. Legs.

Xenoblade 2 performing very well even with stock issues (which could apply to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as well). Future is looking brighter for the series and it is well deserved.

Vita is pretty much dead in the water, especially compared to last year. Yes, even the 3DS is down YOY but not with that massive drop. PS4 is doing a god job though, saleswise.

Vita went onto life support before th and switch even released. The 3ds however is getting cannibalised by the switch.
