Na, its over that so 750k is the floor. If it were close to 3x they would of said so.
Ex: 2.6x would mean 780k or 2.7x wpuld be 810k. Unless it is exactly 2.5 but it says over.

Really?! That low?! I expected much more for both of them and, to be frank, 2.5 times with all the pre-orders and at launch is nothing to boast about....it's obviously the reason Microsoft have become awkwardly quiet lately.

Its a new variant of an existing console, not an all new console. Keep your expectations in check, I would advise.

If we add 80k of UK launch week, the rest of the world (plus the remaining UK november weeks) weeks have to do 140k more to hit the prediction. That seems about right. More or less what was expected

I doubt MS continues this genless narrative, Xbox x did nowhere close to true Next gen onsole launch. When PS5 comes around, ms will drop Xbox One like a step child.
Now we can stop pretending the switch may have done more than what is in the OP.
