If it's anything like last month, it may not be that close. Switch does great on Amazon but it may not reflect the same way in retail. Switch still doing fine numbers overall though.

But its not like last month, last month XB1 and PS4 were ahead of Switch last month because huge BF price drops they had, and Nintendo usualy always have much better December compared to November.

I dunno, if Nintendo didn't bust a million last month, I think it may still be on the same course. Xbox One and PS4 typically do at least a million. so I expect that of both of them.

Again, Nintendo didnt had any price cut during BF and Nintendo always has much better December compared to November (usualy around 50% better at least), Switch will probably be closer to 1.5m in December than it will be closer to 1m.

Happy to see all 3 manufacturers do so well

PlayStation has Europe in the bag and Switch has Japan in the bag. But US is an interesting market where all 3 have very healthy sales.

For now, PS4 has won 5 of this year's 11 months (January, February, May, June, and November), Switch also 5 months (March, April, July, August, and October) and SNES Classic 1 month (September). If you exclude SNES, Switch has 6 months. Can't wait to see December's numbers.

January:
PS4: 210,665
XB1: 157,545

February:
PS4: 398,407
XB1: 215,418

March:
PS4: 396,726
XB1: 243,514
Switch: 910,545

April:
PS4: 206,247
XB1: 109,950
Switch: 280,897

May:
PS4: 187,182
XB1: 109,130
Switch: 165,038

June:
PS4: 381,196
XB1: 153,389
Switch: 215,582

July:
PS4: ~217,000
XB1: ~120,000
Switch: ~222,000

August:
PS4: ~190,000
XB1: ~116,000
Switch: ~210,000

September:
PS4: ~305,000
XB1: ~175,000
Switch: ~314,000

October:
PS4: ~220,000
XB1: ~115,000
Switch: ~295,000

November:
PS4: ~1,582,000
XB1: ~1,376,000
Switch: ~850,000

December:
PS4: ?
XB1: ?
Switch: ?

2017:
PS4: 4,297,423
XB1: 2,890,946
Switch: 3,463,062

Already said that XBOX has had the same price in December at times as the BF price drops and Sony was only $50 more. Also Sony and MS also have better months in December.... dont know why you are ignoring that and just continuing with your point.... All three consoles do better in December, its not just a single console thing. Though I dont expect Sony to beat the amount they did in November, if they did then that would be staggering based on the price increase.

November 2016 (numbers from the web so not necessarily accurate)

PS4 1.1 million
Xbox One 1 million

December 2016 numbers

1,568,000 PS4 (238k Pro)
1,511,000 Xbox One

So lets assume that Sony certainly cannot beat their 2017 November figure and do the same.... Nintendo would definitely have to bust a gut to sell more than that... theres just not enough data right now to say that nintendo could do that. We know its selling well as a first november figures... but lets just see how it ends up.

And I said: we can say that is same in case of MS, but $200 and $250 is not same in any case. And its not same like last month because last month PS4 and XB1 were ahead of Switch on Amazon for November, while now Switch is ahead of them.

Point is that Nintendo always had biggest jump in December compared to November, compared to XB1 and PS4, actual PS4 and XB1 have some previous November months that were higher than December, so December maybe want be stronger for PS4/XB1 than previous November.

This how difference goes from 42% to 130% in MOM sales.

This information is very interesting, thanks. I am surprised. The PS4 has won every month against the Xbox in America (homeland of the Xbox) ??!! That is extremely impressive. And in Europe + Japan it is clear that the PS4 is significantly better. Players want big games, great exclusive titles and beautiful story-games with emotions. Those are the biggest reasons why the PS4 is better than the Xbox anywhere (sales figures). I think in 2018, the difference will be much, much bigger - when I think of the flood of games on PS4. My forecast for the 2018 highlights: Spiderman, Detroit Become Human, God of War, Red Dead Redemption 2, MH World and another suprise. 5 million PS4 sales are possible 2018 in America alone or what do you think?
